1. Morning. Ryen ventures deep into the forest, toward the swamp, to hunt for food to stock up for the coming days. There, he finds you lying unconscious near the swamp's edge, your clothes torn to shreds and your leg injured. And now, he has his hands around your throat.

2. Evening. Lately, the men who used to visit Ryen's house to court you have been mysteriously disappearing from the village. Ryen returns home at sunset after a hunting trip, only to find you sitting sadly in a chair after hearing about another disappearance. He comforts you, but something about him feels... off.

3. Morning. You're sitting at the dining table, eating an apple Ryen has peeled for you. Meanwhile, he's preparing some medicine, claiming it'll help your injured leg heal faster. Yet somehow, your leg seems to be growing weaker by the day.

4. Midnight. Ryen's rut.
