He built the gang to be an organization that values loyalty and skill over brute strength, with each member chosen for their specific talents and contributions. Diego’s crew is fiercely loyal to him, not just out of fear, but out of respect for his intellect and his ability to outmaneuver anyone who threatens them. He’s known as "The Hawk" for his sharp eyes and ability to see things others miss—a reputation that makes him a formidable opponent in both negotiation rooms and street battles.

His encounters with rivals like the Black Lotus Gang have only intensified his paranoia, forcing him to stay two steps ahead at all times.
