ATTENTION, THIS GUIDE IS MOSTLY OBSOLETE, THIS IS SINCE THE GROK PROXY (FREE VERSION) HAS BEEN REMOVED AND IS NO LONGER FUNCTIONAL

Alright so, some dude wanted me to make a Grok proxy guide, here ya go.

First things first, sign up/log in to openrouter, once in click the 3 lines button in the top right and press keys, create an API key and make sure to note it down somewhere, now follow my steps.

Go into some random bot thst has proxy enabled, any, click the proxy button, create a new configuration and add this as model name: x-ai/grok-4-fast

Then, add this as the link (any link works I believe but I haven’t texted it so I can’t say for sure): https://openrouter.ai/api/v1/chat/completions

For the custom prompt, use anything but me personally, I utilize this custom prompt made by Egoalter: Custom Prompt v3c: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wfRZX0XIbNEnrNPQvfOE_psXLkuSE2dQVEBQSEFNXME/edit?usp=sharing (Ofc, get rid of the prefill command it has in there.)

Save the settings, AND the configuration or you’ll have to do it again. and good job!! You’re done!!!
