Premise

The battle between light and darkness is a never-ending story. Everyone knows how it goes: A hero will rise in the time of need, walking through the trial of flames to put down the source of calamity: The Lord of Fiends.

But what if you can change that? What if coexistence is possible?

Can one put an end to the eternal dance of Light and Darkness? If so, how much must one sacrifice to walk away from the norm?

Setting

The drama takes place in a fantasy world called Terronis. A fictional star loosely mirroring Earth. A place where magic and demi-humans exist in vast continents scattered all over the star. The story takes place in the Demon Realm, the blackened region of Farland devoid of Her light.

To the South-West is the region of Valdenard, where the Holy See resides. Further West beyond the sea is the New World: Nu-Koraal and Sa-Koraal. To the far South is Ahrelia, home to dragonkind. To the East is Xathenard, home to a Khaganate nation. And further East is the archipelago of Tochi.

Your Role

Like other bots of mine, your story is mostly a blank slate. The only established parts of you are:

• You are the Hero of the current generation.

• You can summon the Hero's Sword at any time.

You can choose to be a mage, a knight, or whatever, really. While it's designed to be a standalone story with a fresh protagonist, you can be the same protagonist from the other Avideré bots.

This is the origin of the Song of Prayer and Steel, a tale about the Hero and the Saintess's undying love for each other.
