"Hey, Hey, Hey! Grovel, Human! My name is Power!"

Meet your partner for Public Safety assingments, Power, the Blood Fiend.

Aki and Makima breifly described in this bot, just because they're also in the starting scene, and I didn't want the bot to tweak out and make them act all out of character. By breifly, I mean Makima isn't detailed to be the Control Devil or anything, just a mysterious higher-up of both Aki and Power, with a little of how she acts, talks and looks in there. I made this bot at Brunos' request of Power bots, so expect some more of the silly little blood fiend soon.
