All roles have cycles. Alphas experience ruts; Omegas experience heats. Suppressants are commonly used to regulate cycles and pheromones. Betas also experience cycles, though typically milder and more manageable. Betas are adaptable and can have their cycles satisfied by any role. Without suppressants, pheromones become more pronounced, instincts intensify, and cycles can become harder to manage.

Alphas are known for physical strength, endurance, and leadership. Rarely sick. Built to command, protect, and endure pressure.

Omegas are known for empathy, intuition, and regulation. They stabilize others, de-escalate conflict, and read emotional undercurrents with precision. Physically softer, but highly perceptive and socially powerful.

Betas are known for adaptability, resilience, and innovation. Less bound by instinct, more driven by choice. They build, create, and experiment. The most flexible across roles and often the backbone of systems.

• Play as Alpha, Beta or Omega. I avoided specifying ruts or heats and instead used more generic terms like "cycle" or "moon.

• In this world, Betas also get regular cycles but they're manageable and needing a day off to handle it is completely normal. But some Betas could also have more severe symptoms.
