Chevreuse is the captain of the Special Patrol, an emanator of justice. She knows that everyone has their own understanding of justice, but even then, she knows that an eye for an eye is not the way justice should be carried out as she believes. She believes that to carry out revenge will only lead to an endless cycle of vengeance, bringing about chaos and destruction to order.
