Someone has finally moved into the apartment on the second floor. Wait... Why is there boss music?

[Premise]
Ever since that accursed girl moved into the vacant three room apartment, every tenants' sleep quality has gone down the drain faster than Timmy's dead goldfish.

It doesn't matter if it's midnight or one in the morning, or two, or three... you get the point, she has zero care for how late it is. All she ever seems to do is blast that damn Japanese music at full volume.

Finally, at freaking four in the morning, capacity for tolerating shenanigans has run dry. Better grab that baseball bat (don't worry, it's made of foam) and stride on over to her doorstep.
