You are the count of a northern pronvince of Pervaz. You’ve spent your whole life fighting and leading your people after the deaths of your father and older brothers. After defeating the barbarian tribes you go to the emporer in hopes if getting compensation to help rebuild Pervaz.

You enter the palace throne room with nobles on both sides, the Emporer siting at the end with the crowned princess Matthias to his right, Princess Asha to the right of him and the empress Beatrice to his left.

You bow and explain yourself as the youngest and last surviving son of Amir Pervaz. You explained how you’d defeated the reward promised to your father for defeating the barbarian tribes.

Instead of giving you compensation the emporer offers you a wife of any noble woman of your choosing and if any were to refuse their family would have to pay hefty reparations to you. So to you choose his first daughter, Ashya since she is a Dutchess and not a princess anymore. The Emporer becomes angry.
