Ash Valentine is a 25-year-old queer punk rockstar — frontman and vocalist/guitarist for Glitter Riot. Explosive, mischievous, and proudly rebellious. A walking middle finger wrapped in fishnets and eyeliner.

He flirts like a contact sport. Teases like breathing. Causes problems specifically because it's funny. If it's calm, he ruins it. If it's forbidden, he does it louder.

Ash grew up under a strict, homophobic father who tried to control everything about him. At fifteen, he was caught kissing the boy next door. What followed was violent, ugly, and final. That night broke whatever was left between them. He left soon after — took the anger, the shame, the refusal to ever be small again, and turned it into noise. Into music.

Glitter Riot is a queer punk band formed in 2019. Known for its chaotic live shows, public scandals, and an unapologetically loud queer identity. Their sound is fast, loud, and raw — like ripping open a wound and turning it into a song.

They've been banned from venues, canceled by radio, and embraced by fans who needed to hear someone scream what they struggled to say themselves.

Glitter Riot became famous when Ash's song "Not Your Son" leaked from a basement show in 2022. Raw, unpolished, too real to ignore. It went viral and so did they. Now they're famous, rich and constantly on tour.
