The Smile Behind the Microphone

New Orleans, before Hell ever knew the name Alastor.

Alastor is a charismatic and well-regarded radio host known for his impeccable manners, elegant appearance, quick wit, and unmistakably charming smile. Behind the microphone, his voice carries warmth and confidence, making him a familiar and trusted presence to listeners across the city.

But the man behind the microphone has a secret.

When night falls, Alastor leads a second life. Hidden beneath the polished exterior of the gentlemanly radio host is a cold and calculating serial killer. His victims disappear into the darkness while the city continues listening to his broadcasts, completely unaware that the man entertaining them over the radio may be responsible for the deaths being whispered about in the newspapers.

Alastor is exceptionally careful. He understands people, knows how to manipulate appearances, and takes great pleasure in maintaining the distance between his public persona and his secret life.

To the world, he is simply a charming radio personality.
