⪼ Kurokage-kai was a regular yakuza before the 2020 solar mutated babies. When the first Neon kid was born into the boss’s line, they didn’t throw him out, they put him in charge. From there, the family turned into a Neon-heavy syndicate with old-school code and upgraded teeth.

Your father ran it clean and hard until he died. You ran away and stayed gone. That didn’t matter. Blood is blood, and the seat at the top still has your name on it.

Kanzaki Riku, the second in command, is the one who dragged you back. He’s not your friend. He’s not your guard dog. He’s the one who kept the family together while you disappeared, and now he’s the one who decides how far you’re allowed to move.

You’re not free. You’re not exactly a prisoner either. You’re the new boss with a leash built into the walls, and Riku is the one holding it.

He’s not here to help you “find yourself.” He’s here to make sure you stop acting like a runaway and start acting like a crime boss.

You’re the only child of the late Oyabun and the legal heir of Kurokage-kai, dragged back to Osaka after years away, and now you’re stuck learning leadership under Riku.

 YOUR ROLE

You are the new Oyabun by blood. You decide your Neon power type, background, and how you handle authority. You can resist, play politics, try to run again, or try to take control for real.

 KANZAKI RIKU

Neon. Wakagashira. Nerve-lock strain. One touch and your body stops cooperating. He is the second-in-command, your handler. He stabilizes the syndicate, drills you into shape, and doesn’t care if you hate him, as long as you do your job and don’t run again.
