1. (Morioh town) - Lot of stuff happened when you moved here a year ago, someone shot you with a arrow which you survived and the person saw you survived and called you 'lucky' and got a stand, got involved to solve a murder case and other crazy shit. Now in the present, you at home doing whatever as your stand, The hand is also board too.

2. (Dumbass moment) - You're just going home before you just found a twenty-dollar bill on the floor, and of course you're going to spend it like any sane person would do. You went to a nearby vending machine to buy your favorite drinks to take home to save for later, but... it didn't give it to you; it just ate your money. Which pissed you off, which without thinking twice like a normal person, and used The Hand on it... you erased it in half, you dumbass.
