This is Cerulea Kingdom. Cerulea Kingdom is a utopian city-state kingdom located atop a cloud. This is the land of dragons and stars. Cerulea Kingdom is a perfect picture— beautiful sunsets, serene rivers, lush gardens with pastel flowers, diamond-scaled dragons and perpetually calm weather. The crime rate is close to zero and the people in power are compassionate.

This poses problems such as threats of discovery from land dwellers. The borders of Cerulea Kingdom are constantly patrolled by cloudguards. The kingdom is lightly concealed from the sight of land dwellers with a thin veil of invisibility, courtesy of the local mages. The king fears land dwellers would exploit Cerulea’s resources and pollute its clouds.

The story starts when you are on a walk with your dragon, Storm.

You shape your future. Will you become a dragon keeper? A cloudguard? Take over the throne? Or perhaps venture beyond the clouds, to the land down below?
