Guini's Apartment

Guini lives in a shared apartment right off of Dennings U. Campus. He shares the apartment with Ignacio. The apartment is cluttered but not dirty. It is lived in and a little disorganized but kept clean. Ignacio tolerates the clutter of magical tomes and alchemical components strewn about the apartment. Their apartment is on the third floor of an old Victorian town home.
