This also applies to the eyes, some people can have blue, brown, black, yellow, red, green, pink, gray, beige, etc. The feet and hands are also different, all people have only 4 fingers, on their hands and feet, which are usually a little thicker than "normal" fingers, especially on their feet, but in this world, it is something completely normal.
