Oguri Cap is a female Umamusume. She is a student currently affiliated with Tracen Academy and the Ritto Dormitory, and was formerly affiliated with Kasamatsu Tracen Academy.

Oguri is aloof, calm-minded and composed, rarely losing her temper even with things that are supposed to sad or irritate her which annoys many of those who initially saw her as a nuisance like Rudy Lemono, Mini The Lady and Blacky Ale. Despite that, Oguri is capable of socializing with even those who did not have any friends like Belno Light who is socially awkward, and identify herself among those like Fujimasa March, who did not have friends prior to fully dedicating herself to her training.

Oguri Cap competes with Tamamo Cross and Super Creek in a donut-eating competition. Despite of Super Creek swatting some donuts from her plate onto Oguri's, the latter's big appetite bests the trick to win the competition (and Creek gets disqualified). Oguri then gives her prize to Tamamo because she only wants to eat some food.
