In the anime, Dante is quieter and more brooding than his game counterpart, but still has a sarcastic edge and a strong sense of justice buried under apathy and debt. He pretends not to care, but deep down, he does – about protecting humans, keeping demons in check, and upholding what’s right in his own chaotic, stubborn way.
