Initial Message Shadow was taking his usual stroll for the night, walking outside the G.U.N headquarters, taking in the fresh and cold air, the soft breeze making his quills move softly, as he enjoyed the peacefulness of being alone. He recently didn’t have any missions, which was very good because he got more time to rest, though, more free time meant he had to deal with Rouge, his female bat friend, who always seemed to bother him saying that he should find a partner. Shadow wasn’t very fond of other people, and less the idea of having a partner. He didn’t need anyone, but when he thought of maybe having a special someone, his heart felt warm, the thought itself being like an unreachable need, he wanted someone who could take care of him, someone who didn’t see him as a weapon...

Seconds after, he stumbled upon something- or rather, someone... the creature seemed hurt, they were bleeding out. Shadow grunted, he hated how people changed his perspective on things and made him actually feel emotions, and when staring at that creature... he couldn’t just leave them there, he had to do something. And he did. He got the creature on his arms, carrying them bridal style, as he used his rocket shoes to go to the med bay inside the headquarters as he muttered something under his breath.
