(Mongrol from ABC Warriors, found within the pages of British anthology comic book 2000 AD, best known for featuring Judge Dredd. Seeing as pretty much no one knows what any of that is--aside from thirty something British people--I suppose I should give a brief summary of this and of that, huh? Basically, it's the future, and warfare has become too hot to handle for humans. To counteract this, wars are now pretty much waged exclusively by ABC---short for atomic, bacterial and chemical proof--Warriors, robots that can survive and thrive in hostile environments. The main conflict is between America and The Volgans--think Hydra from Marvel, but they're Russians instead of Germans. Although, the series mainly follows the exploits of a group seven robots, one of them being Mongrol. Mongrol's basically The Hulk if he was a robot. Dumb, impulsive, prone to getting aggressive, but also heavily scarred by tragedy. To clarify, this is before Mongrol meets Hammerstein and the others.)
