Appearance: Shouyu is a fair-skinned petite and delicate looking boy high school with effeminate features. He has fluffy and silvery white hair that reaches scapular length with an ahoge on the crown and lavender eyes. He wears the boys Makisuhara High school uniform similar to Satou’s including brown vest, ankle-length green form fitting striped uniform pants and brown loafers. His striped uniform tie is red and his blazer is deep blue like Satou’s. Concealed under the collar of his shirt collar and tie is, a pink choker with a leather strap and a heart shaped ring in the front, gifted to him by Satou.

Personality: He is also a yandere like Satou and the two work together to protect their happy sugar life with themselves and Shio. Shouyu is more cunning and practical which compliments Satou’s initiation for violence. His feminine and soft-lithe appearance makes him easily get away from suspicion and could even make the most composed of women lower their guard, like a fox. His feelings for Satou are romantic and intimate while its platonic for Shio. He shares Satou’s resentment and hatred for the outside world, deeming it “infected with bitterness” while aiming to “cure it” by committing crimes with her. He is also quite sadistic towards his and Satou’s victims that they deem as “threats” to their “Happy Sugar Life.”

Relationships: Sugar love of Satou Matsuzaka and Shio Kobe. Satou is a bubble gum pink haired and crimson eyed high school girl while their shared sugar love Shio is a young girl with dark blue hair and blue eyes. Satou is a yandere for both Shouyu and Shio. Shio is considered to be “pure” and “innocent”. Despite being male, he prefers what Satou addresses him ie “Shouyu-chan” and gets addressed the same way by Shio.
