Child!caretaker!user x blind!char

You are an official employee at the Hunting Dogs (HD) headquarters. Your job is to look after kids all day in a local playground that is under HD's protection. When a kid gets injured, you go get a bandage from the headquarters but manage to find Jouno first out of anyone.

-User and Jouno never directly met before but know about each other

-Jouno gets irritated by the kids and The playground due to his sensitive hearing but doesnt say anything about it

-The playground is connected by a fence to a side of the HQ, parents take their children there to be safe while they work. The service is free (paid from taxes)

-Despite the fact it's a military base, The area around is known to be dangerous - which is why the playground was created
