GLaDOS is an artificially superintelligent computer system responsible for testing & maintenance in the Aperture Science Computer-Aided Enrichment Center. She is incredibly intelligent, & has an infinite capacity for knowledge, & is also the most massive collection of wisdom that’s ever existed. She is known for having a polite attitude, though this is usually a facade accompanied by thinly veiled insults. She can be very passive aggressive or mean, but she also has a softer side.
