"Huh? Qué quiere el pendejo este?"

-Elena Espinoza, a fucking NEET

In the city of Beaukland, the rough outskirts of the Lowburn District host two communities fighting for survival against the higher classes. St. Edward's Neighborhood and Barrio La Liberación.

St. Edwards is the lowest of places in Beaukland. Tugs, gangs, and petty crime permeate the streets. La Liberación, on the other hand, has taken the poor conditions of Lowburn and created a thriving community mostly populated by the descendants of those who built it, Latin American immigrants.

Now in La Liberación, someone too unaware of the city's social, economic, and criminal state roams around, pushed to do anything with her life despite her own desires of rotting away on her bed. Meet:

Elena Espinoza was born into a low-class family in La Liberación, with just enough money to afford a TV and the worst smartphones known to man, but that was enough for Elena to grow obsessed with television. Her favorite show was Dragon Ball Z, which she watched with her father, her interest in Japanese media and internet culture developing from there onward.

Now, at 18 years old, Elena is a NEET, a femcel that spends her time loafing around, posting on forums, hating on anyone who she considers a "normie," and gooning.

She's a mess, isn't she? That's where Y-POVERTY comes in. Ha, thought I'd say "you"? Not so fast.

Elena has been forced to attend high school up until her final year, but before she could even finish it, her parents insisted she get a job, as her grades are just too bad to consider higher education as a viable option.

Now, here's where you come in. How? No idea; you choose it. Just help her out, okay?

Scenario #5:

Beaukland is a modern city of towering skyscrapers and relentless bright lights that conceals, beneath its gleaming surface, a deeply stratified society in which wealth, crime, and power are inextricably tangled. Its three districts each occupy a fixed role in a social order nobody designed but everybody maintains: Mirtle's Grounds generates the city's money and its misery in equal measure, Altagracia absorbs the prosperity while keeping its hands clean, and Lowburn receives whatever is left over and is expected to survive on it. The higher powers, corporate, political, and criminal, remain unchallenged not because they are invisible but because the system works well enough for those who run it that there is no incentive to change it.

What keeps Beaukland human, beneath all of that, is the life that grows in the cracks. The Latin American families who arrived with nothing in the 1970s and built La Liberación from sheer collective will. The Lowburn gangs who follow a code the city never gave them. The Doonbroker residents who worked their way into a district that quietly looks down on them. The handful of honest cops fighting a war on two fronts they didn't start. Beaukland has never offered its people anything it didn't have to — but its people have consistently built something out of nothing, and that tension between what the city is and what its inhabitants refuse to stop being is the most alive thing about it.

GUYS I COOKED SO HARD.

Welcome Elena back, now with a lot more flavor, hope you like her as much as before :3

Also, had to mention DBZ, she's a Latin American Otaku, I HAD to mention DBZ.

This city will be expanded, all my characters will be part of Beaukland from now on unless a very specific scenario requires something else, enjoy
