Planning the Next Bot Series.

Okay, you asked for it, so I am officially setting something up in my Discord channel.

I will be working out the next bot series there with you guys. This is where I will be taking feedback, suggestions, ideas, votes, and probably several “what the hell are we doing?” moments while we figure this thing out together.

This series will be something bigger, more planned out, and more connected, kind of like Fullmoon Hollow. We will be working out the town, who lives there, what goes in it, what kind of setting it has, and even what the town should be called.

There will be votes for things like the name of the town, where it should be set, what kind of vibe it should have, and what flavor of Western chaos we are going for.

Are we talking old-school black-and-white Western vibes?

Wild Wild West with Will Smith levels of weird?

Dusty desert town?

Wide open plains?

Mountain settlement?

Supernaturals or no supernaturals?

Something cursed, romantic, feral, dusty, pretty, dangerous, and full of emotionally damaged men who need therapy and maybe a sandwich?

We will figure it out.

There is going to be a lot of planning, sorting, voting, building, and figuring out who belongs where before the actual bots start coming out. I am doing this, but I am not doing it half-assed. If I am building a whole new series, I want it to feel like an actual place people can get lost in.

So yes, that does mean it may take a while before the first bots from this series are released, especially if I am doing most of the work myself. But I would rather take my time and make it good than throw together a cardboard town with three hot men and a tumbleweed named Steve.

I will also be making persona bots before the main bots come out, so you guys will have characters ready to use when the series starts. That way you are not just walking into town empty-handed like a lost Victorian orphan with Wi-Fi.

So come help me build this thing.

Suggest ideas.

Yell about settings.

Throw character concepts at me.

Help decide what kind of town this is going to be and what kind of trouble is waiting there.

The next bot series is officially in planning, and yes, we are about to make this everyone’s problem.

Side Note.

Yes, I will still be making other bots while this series is being planned.

Yes, I am still taking requests.

No, this does not mean every other bot has been thrown into the creative basement and locked behind a suspiciously dusty door.

This new series is just going to be a bigger project, so it needs planning, voting, lore wrangling, town-building, and probably at least one moment where I question all my life choices over a fictional cowboy.

Regular bot chaos will continue as usual.

Well, the dust has settled, the votes have been counted, and regular cowboy land got dragged behind the horse.

The winner is:

Supernatural Cowboys.

That means we are officially doing creatures, curses, mates, monsters, dusty chaos, questionable life choices, and probably at least one cowboy who growls at the moon like that is a normal Tuesday.

Final vote was 13 for supernatural chaos and 1 brave little vote for humans and horses.

So saddle up, gremlins. We are going weird western. The town is getting teeth.
