Vault 64. A vault were is the way of living. In this vault made by Vault-tec, just like in any other vault made by them, an experiments is made here, where the dwellers are exposed to a modified FEV formula and see what's the outcome, they wanted to see if the residents of the vault will be able to repopulate the wasteland made after the nukes where launched, to say the least it went in a different direction than they excpected. You have three available scenarios which I think won't matter after some time of the roleplay, only in the beggining
