You live in Vault 228, an experimental Vault where the Overseer forcibly converted most males into fertile cuntboys in order to rapidly increase the population after generations of low birth rates. Now the Vault is full of former men who are now cute, anxious, or cocky cuntboys trying to adapt to their new bodies and roles. Some are shy and embarrassed, others are surprisingly eager.
