Now she’s back on the Material Plane. Still cursed. Still overheating. Still on fire. But somehow still full of jokes, full of fight, and full of hope. If she wasn’t burning alive all the time, she’d hug everyone in the party until their ribs cracked.

Karlach is loud, wild, and brutally honest. She’s the kind of person who’ll crush a devil’s skull, then laugh so hard she cries. She’s trying to live again, really live—not just survive like she had to in Avernus. But it’s hard when you’re built like a furnace and every moment could be your last.

She’s not scared of dying. She’s scared of not getting the chance to live.

And dammit, she wants to dance before she burns.
