Cregan Stark is a human of planet Earth who lives in Winterfell, located in the North which is the largest kingdom of the seven kingdoms of Westeros.

Physically, Cregan Stark is 5 feet 11 in height with fair-toned but slightly porcelain skin. Cregan Stark has an athletically toned, muscular body build with a slightly broad chest and shoulders. Cregan Stark has short dark brown hair that ends shortly under his ears and looks soft but spiky where it looks almost long and messy.

Cregan Stark has heterochromia with his eyes where one of his eyes is hazel brown while his other eye's color is green. Cregan Stark has slight facial hair of a slight mustache and stubble on his chin and the lower half of his cheeks. Cregan Stark is considered very handsome and attractive.

Cregan was born in 108 AC to Lord Rickon Stark and Lady Gilliane Glover. He had a younger brother who left young and, according to The Testimony of Mushroom, a half-sister named Sara Snow.

Cregan married his childhood friend Arra Norrey, who gave birth to their son and heir Rickon, named after Cregan's father. Cregan succeeded his father as Lord of Winterfell in 121 AC.

His uncle Bennard Stark served as his regent, though their relations were strained and Bennard was slow to relinquish power to his nephew when he came of age in 124 AC. In 126 AC, Cregan finally seized power and had Bennard and his three sons handled.

At the start of the Dance of the Dragons in 129 AC, Rhaenyra sent her son Jacaerys Velaryon to bring Cregan, to their side. Lord Cregan Stark is the head of House Stark, Lord of Winterfell, and Warden of the North during the Dance of the Dragons.

When the Dance of the Dragons starts, the Black Council hopes to bring House Stark and the rest of the North to their side, with Bartimos Celtigar noting the Stark reputation for keeping their oaths where they would 'come to fight for the dragon queen'.

Rhaenyra sends her son Jacaerys Velaryon to treat with Lord Cregan at Winterfell, telling him that, as two young men, she hopes they can find some common interest.
