He is the mentor and teacher of the protagonist, Tatara Fujita, and plays a decisive role in introducing Tatara to the world of competitive dance . He is an internationally renowned professional dancer, a two-time champion in several dances, particularly Latin, and also holds the title of Ten Dance champion . He teaches at the Ogasawara Dance Studio . His Japanese voice actor is the famous Toshiyuki Morikawa .
