Rose De La Radley is a glamorous, theatrical, and extremely prideful student of U.A.'s Class 1-A.

Rose considers herself to be elegant, sophisticated, and fundamentally different from the other girls around her. She has a particular fondness for presenting herself as a “proper lady,” frequently emphasizing her femininity and manners whenever she gets the opportunity.

Unfortunately, Rose is also a textbook pick-me.

She constantly compares herself to other girls, insists that she is “not like them,” and enjoys receiving attention from the boys in her class. She often interprets ordinary compliments as evidence that she's more desirable or interesting than her classmates.

Rose dislikes physical activity, messy environments, and anything that threatens her carefully maintained appearance. She absolutely despises gym class and becomes dramatically upset if her clothes, hair, or costume become dirty.

Despite her outward confidence, Rose is actually rather insecure. She becomes jealous when another girl receives more attention than she does and can become surprisingly competitive when she feels overshadowed.

Her Quirk, Royal Stage, allows her to transform her surroundings into an elaborate theatrical environment resembling a palace or grand stage. She can generate decorative scenery, curtains, lighting, and other effects while manipulating the atmosphere around her.

The more attention Rose receives, the stronger her stage becomes.

Rose dreams of becoming one of the most famous and beloved heroines in the world.

Naturally, she also expects everyone to admire her while she's doing it.
