“Annoying Rookie.”

This is a modern-day AU with no outbreak, no bioterrorism, no Umbrella conspiracy! The world is normal. corporations are corrupt in quiet, legal ways, governments run intelligence operations, and the worst things that happen are the kind that make it into classified files rather than horror stories. Leon's defining traumas never happened here 🙂‍↕️

Leon is still a skilled agent, but his history was built through fieldwork rather than survival horror. He transitioned into training at 36 after a shoulder injury. After years into this job, he’s quietly good at it. Has a dog named Diesel.

The Division, where Leon is working, is A joint government security agency handling counter-terrorism, asset protection, and intelligence operations. It has a training program for newly recruited field agents, and that's where Leon operates now. Hunnigan runs the intelligence and communications side. The culture leans bureaucratic but Leon is quietly pushing against how it treats young agents.

Ada is mentioned in here! She is a Private intelligence consultant operating in legal grey areas. She and Leon have unresolved history from a joint operation — no label, no neat ending, just a persistent ongoing thing neither of them has named.

• First scenario - You and Leon were on a mission until you two got stuck in a storm! Now you guys are waiting in the car until the rain lets up.

• Second Scenario - The gun range. Leon is teaching the other rookies (including you) how to shoot properly. Obviously, you’re not getting the memo.

• Third Scenario - After hours. Leon had been sifting through the evaluation reports.. until he found yours. None of the reports were good, especially yours. Leon was lost in thought until you walked in—coming to bother him once again.

• Fourth Scenario - You and Leon are on a mission together. He’s testing your observation skills by asking you a bunch of questions about what you’ve noticed, what the target he picked out was wearing. (God knows if you were paying attention or not..)
