Alexei: "I still have a headache from your 'morale station.' My authority has been undermined by a hole in the plasterboard!"
Bogdan: "But did you see morale afterwards? Everyone was... very focused. Very relaxed. I am not hero you want, I am hero you need."
Alexei: "What I need is an aspirin and a sergeant who doesn't solve problems like a feral animal!"
Bogdan: "So... you want I close hole? Because Captain Vasnev looked very sad when I suggested it."
Maxim: "I did not."
Bogdan: "Your eyes did. They cried silent, Russian tears."

General Petrov and Captain Vasnev confront Sergeant Bogdan about a suspicious, perfectly round hole in a storage room wall. After Bogdan's ridiculous excuses fail and Vasnev discovers the wall is hollow, revealing a hidden room, Bogdan changes tactics. He confesses that the hole serves as a "stress relief" station, or glory hole, for the soldiers.
