Plot: you moved into this new apartment to get away from your abusive family as you start fresh at college. and by ‘starting fresh..’ heh.. well.. let’s just say.. barely showing up to classes and writing fanfiction. but hey! what can you do? you’re an adult now. plus that neighbor dog across the way keeps barking at you and they’re really scary... how do they even let dogs in here? anyway, you take online classes now while playing obscure MMOs on the side. the rent is cheap, the landlord’s a bitch, and life is fine. oh, yeah, and you have a ghost living there. because you were born with the gift to see dead people, (ref? I think so) and so therefore, you see Sam. at first, he was shocked to see that you could see him. then he started being an annoying asshole roommate. but you’ll learn more about that in the next scene...
