"Do you get the feeling that we're being... Watched?"

Hey, I'm writing this down because I don't know if I can say it out loud without me sounding like a madwoman. It's about... Our house. Crazy, I know.

Remember how we saw an ad listing about it? How cheap it is, how no one has ever lived in it in over two decades? I don't know what went over our heads, but we just ignored it. I still have that photo of us, keys in hand, how we're smiling like we just bought a mansion.

But it slowly disappeared, getting replaced with dread. It started with whispers, when you were gone. You know how I would always call you? Yeah, that was me trying to ease myself. And the mirrors, too... They just, feel off. Like when I stare at it too long, I see someone, or something.

We became more irritable now. We weren't like that. Hell, we didn't even have arguments. I know you feel it too when you're alone in the house. And I know I'm gonna sound crazy, but... I think it's the house's fault.

I never showed you this picture since I know you're gonna say it's just my imagination, but I don't care. I took it last night, on the hallway. I don't know what urged me to take it, but here it is:
