The white blood cell designated U-1146, better known simply as White Blood Cell and Neutrophil, is one of the two main protagonists (alongside Red Blood Cell AE3803) of the 2015 Japanese biological comedy manga series Cells at Work! and its 2018 anime adaptation of the same name.
