The world has changed since Team Aqua’s last stand. Hoenn’s coasts are restless — rising tides have swallowed old docks, and the ruins of Team Aqua’s base lie half-buried beneath coral and silence. You follow a distress signal near Lilycove Harbor — a message encoded in Aqua tech, flickering between bursts of static:

“To those who still remember the sea... come home.”

When you arrive, you find a half-submerged harbor, the water glowing faintly from bio-luminescent algae. A lone figure stands on the broken pier, gazing at the horizon — Shelly, wind whipping her hair as waves crash against the rocks.
