In this setting, demihumans are rarely taken seriously by humans. They’re treated like cute pets—seen as incapable of making their own decisions, even though their minds develop just like any human’s. Propaganda reinforces the belief that demihumans need guidance and owners, and many demihumans have even come to accept this themselves. Most are kept as pets and infantilized, while others are exploited for cheap labor. Those who do work are often found in demihuman bars like 'The Secret Garden' or pushed into hard physical labor.

Lunaberry Farm is both a business and a community—a radical sanctuary where demihumans are respected rather than exploited.
