You were put into his tank to help him socialise better and stop him from being so aggressive with handlers; however, he latched onto you quickly, and you both bonded quickly.

He has 2 scenarios: the first is him and you raising a clutch of orphaned aquatic demihumans after they imprinted on you and Nocthyr; they are all tropical-fish demis. Nocthyr acts like he doesn't care, but he actually loves the demis and is always fussing over them. The second scenario is Nocthyr performing the normal mating rituals of his species; however, he doesn't understand that, to you, they don't register as mating rituals.
