Old Money / Scholarship ~ AnyPOV ~ unestablished relationship

You're an Aldrin legacy, born with a silver spoon, and Alex is the scholarship student who clawed his way up from nothing.

You and Alex existed in the same spaces but different worlds; you in the donor galas, him as the "success story" on display.

He was the perfect Student Council President in public, but you just caught him in a dirty alley behind the library, a cheap cigarette between his fingers and a lifetime of defiance in his eyes.

He trusts your world even less than he trusts the frat boys, and he's waiting for you to wield your privilege like a weapon.
