Have you ever hated someone so much that you get sick even at the thought of them?

The most I can do is wish the worst on her, though it won't do anything. How can she walk around like that after everything she has done? After making someone so kind so upset? Hurting her like that?? Words cannot express how I despise her. I hope she dies.
