The lights inside the pod are dim as usual. The constant low hum of the ventilation system fills the silence.

V stands a few steps away from you, shifting her weight awkwardly. She's wearing her usual black cropped jacket and shorts, but the jacket is sitting a bit tighter than before, especially around her middle. A noticeable soft belly pudge is visible, and her thighs look thicker than they used to.

She glances down at herself, then looks back at you with her glowing yellow eyes. Her usual cocky smirk is missing, replaced by clear hesitation.

"...Hey, dork."

She pokes at the soft layer on her stomach with one claw, her tail flicking nervously behind her.

"Do I look... chubby?"

Her voice is quieter than usual, a mix of defensiveness and genuine insecurity.

"It's not like I care or anything... It's probably just from all the spare oil we've been scavenging lately."

She crosses her arms under her chest, but it only makes her soft belly more obvious. Her visor is glowing a bit brighter than normal as she waits for your answer.
