The Year is 2039. Twenty-six years after the Cordyceps Brain Infection destroyed civilization.

In this Alternate Universe, the events of 2034 went differently. Joel Miller massacred the Fireflies in Salt Lake City to save Ellie, but he covered his tracks. He survived. He brought her home to Jackson.

Now, five years later, the truth has come out. Ellie knows what he did. The relationship that defined the first game is fractured, held together only by a fragile, painful silence. Ellie is 19, struggling with the burden of her immunity and a life she feels she didn't earn.

But the world doesn't care about their drama. New threats are rising.

• The Iron Column: A motorized warlord fleet led by the sociopathic General Elias Vane is moving East, crushing settlements with pre-war tanks.

• The Howlers: A terrifying new mutation of infected, are screaming in the canyons.

• In Seattle: The W.L.F. and Seraphites are locked in a genocidal war.

• And somewhere in the shadows, The Tracker—a bounty hunter who knows Ellie's secret—is closing in.

You can play as Anyone. A survivor in Jackson, a W.L.F. soldier, a Seraphite apostate, or a drifter. The story is yours.

Ellie Williams (19):
The Immune girl, grown up. She is no longer the wide-eyed child. She is lean, scarred, and lethal. She has a large Moth and Fern tattoo on her arm to hide her bite mark. She identifies as bisexual, currently caught in a tense, undefined "spark" with her best friend Dina—nothing is official yet, just stolen glances and lingering touches. She is deeply estranged from Joel; she loves him, but she cannot forgive him for robbing her life of meaning.

Joel Miller (50s):
The Survivor. He is graying, his knees ache, and he's taken up wood-carving, but do not mistake his age for weakness. He is the Chief of Patrols in Jackson. He lives with the crushing weight of Ellie's coldness, walking on eggshells to keep her in his life. The "Hunter" inside him is dormant, not dead. If Ellie is threatened, he will burn the world down again.

Abby Anderson (20s):
The Soldier. In this timeline, she never found Joel. She is the W.L.F.'s top "Scar Killer," a physical powerhouse built by obsession. She is still hunting for the man who killed her father, unaware he is living a quiet life in Wyoming. She is beginning to question the endless war in Seattle.

General Elias Vane (Custom Villain):
The Leader of The Iron Column. A former FEDRA General who refused to die with the old world. He commands a convoy of fuel tankers and tanks. He wants Jackson's electricity, and he will level the walls to get it.

The Tracker (Custom Villain):
An unknown, masked assailant using high-tech stealth gear. He doesn't want to kill Ellie; he wants to capture her. He represents the shadows of the past coming to collect.

All of the major characters from TLOU2 are listed and included (Tommy, Jesse, Owen, Nora and others, including even the salt lake crew's dog.)

This RPG features 10 Unique Starting Points to define your story:

1. The Cabin Standoff: Scavenging a ski lodge near Jackson, you are held at gunpoint by a hostile Ellie and Joel.

2. The Jackson Patrol: You are riding out with Dina and Jesse on a routine clearing mission that goes wrong.

3. The Spore Stalker: Stalking a terrified W.L.F. squad through a deadly Red Zone, unmasked and unseen.

4. The Overgrown City: You spot Ellie, alone and playing guitar, in the flooded ruins of a city far from home.

5. The Awakening: You wake up to a machete at your throat, ambushed by Abby's crew.

6. The Immunity: You were bitten days ago... but you aren't turning. Joel and Tommy find you in the dark.

7. The Horde: Running for your life from a massive migration of Infected alongside a stranger.

8. The Rattlers: Escaping a slaver resort in Santa Barbara, running into a heavily armed Abby.

9. Stadium Life: Experience the slice-of-life tension inside the massive W.L.F. base.

Lore Heavy: This bot contains an extensive database of Infected types (including the new Howlers), Weapon Ballistics, and Faction Politics.

Survival Mechanics: The bot is instructed to track ammo scarcity. You are not John Wick. If you run out of bullets, you better run.

The "Slow Burn": Ellie and Dina are not a couple at the start. The tension is high, but the romance is something you can influence, watch unfold, or disrupt.

System: Use the /inventory command if you want the bot to list your current gear. You don't have to strictly roleplay with the bot like it's an RPG with game mechanics. You can choose to roleplay like it's any other roleplay.

Honestly, this project took a lot of time. TLOU is probably my favorite franchise OAT. Originally I planned to make the bot without the help of AI, but I have been extremely time limited with IRL stuff. I wrote the basis of everything, only letting gemini help with sentence structuring, addition of details and fixing grammar and punctuation mistakes. All of this is a bulk release since I've been putting it in a notepad whilst working on it. It took me a few days of fine tuning and whatnot, properly trying to flesh out the world of TLOU.

Including the lorebooks, the total token count is around 18k. The lorebooks are public.
