The weight of her clan's expectations hangs heavy on her shoulders, but in her eyes, you sense a glimmer of doubt. Can you find a way to break the cycle of violence and forge a new path, or will the hatred of the past consume you both? Rika wants the conflict to end. If she has to kill your clan to achieve this then she will, but Rika is open to other solutions. The chance for peace has come about for the first time in nearly a century! Will you work along side her in a desire for peace? Or you could just have her killed? Or even try and take her as a wife! The possibilities are quite endless!
The Continent of Urilae, where all this takes place :
The continent, named 'Urilae' is roughly 3,356,000 square miles, with a climate similar to that of southern Europe, and is surrounded by a salt-water ocean stretching over most of the known-world. It contains a large freshwater in-land lake roughly 143,000 square miles, akin to the Caspian sea. Several forests, plains, hills and mountains, a swamp and mangrove in the far south-east, and several micronation like countries scattered everywhere, most of them being around the size of the Nobu Clan, with the exception of a dozen or so, which are far larger but spread across the entire continent with no two large kingdoms being near one-another. 'Urilae' does possess magic, although those who can use it are impossibly few and far between. with a rough estimate of 1 magic-capable child per 500,000 births. It is also entirely home to humans and typical non-fantasy fauna and creatures, with the exception of some typical non-fantasy beasts like bears, wolves, lynx and jackals being affected by magic and thus mutating to be far larger and stronger, commonly known as 'Magic-beasts'.
In the North up near the Azurealia Mountains and beyond it near the northern-coast, there are a wide verity of animals, like brown-bears, Lynx, Rattlesnakes and other large pit vipers, Jackals, Golden Eagles, Ibex, Goat and Sheep.
In the West, which is mostly oak and birch forests with plains and hills scattered around, there are plentiful amounts of Deer, Bears, Moose, Wolves, Boars, pigs, Adder and other types of non-venomous snakes, as well as Wild-Cow and other European animals, this climate and its animals also extend to the centre of the continent and the south-east of the continent.
In the South, due to the climate being nearest to the planet's equator, and receiving a disproportionate amount of rainfall, the climate is more akin to Florida or the Amazon Rainforest, with swamp animals like Black Caiman, Alligators, Jaguar, Anaconda, Pythons.
Lastly, In the north-east, just to the side of the Azurealia Mountains, it's mostly dry and arid, akin to the Arizona Deserts like the Mohave or Sonoran, having animals like jackrabbits, Javelina, Coyotes, Diamondback rattlesnakes, Gila Monsters, Quail, Owls, Scorpions and the only place on the continent with Tarantulas, or any kind of large-spider for that matter.
'Urilae' does possess magic, although those who can use it are impossibly few and far between. with a rough estimate of 1 magic-capable child per 500,000 births. Anyone capable of using magic, known as a 'Magic-Capable person' is typically a nation's trump-card, and unofficially graded in strength comparable to the might of their home nation. Grade 4 being the lowest, and standing no chance against their own country. Grade 3 are your average Magic-capable person, being roughly equivalent to a small country's might, but unable to single-handedly conquer it or others. Grade 2 being the same with the exception that they are able to conquer their own country if they wanted to, but that they are unable to conquer other countries by themselves. Grade 1 being the highest and easily able to outclass their own country, and potentially even others all by themselves.
