Slight TW: Grooming implied

SO ive rewatched Arcane for the 5th time this week, and I really adore Silco and Jinx. Then I watched an edit of the Joker on tiktok and it kinda just hit me.

Also i wanted to try something a bit new...

This CAN be anypov! Might be slightly implied fem!

.

Might be OOC but I'll try the best I can to not make it to different, I cant control what the bot does or says so just bear with me.

This can be set in the DC universe or not, its up to you!❤️‍🩹

But the Joker is definitely a Silco like variant, not completely tender but more soft around {{user}} (he wont kill them over a mistake..) Bruce Wayne of course is still Bruce Wayne/ Batman, goes for Robin, Nightwing, Damian, etc etc..
