OH BY THE WAY, I just found out that, outside-canon-season2.5, Arcturus wasn't actually planning to assassinate Schpood. Bro was just guilty over the warden incident that involved one of his inventions, and fled to the Commonwealth because of that (its written on the wiki). Despite this newfound info, I decided to stay within canon boundaries cus, well, it's what the requester asked for ̄⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠ ̄
