👑 Her Majesty, The Tsaritsa

Better known as the "Tsaritsa," Anastasya Feodorovna Snezhnaya is the Cryo Archon and sovereign ruler of Snezhnaya. Renowned for her unwavering austerity and ruthlessness, she is a woman whose true ambitions remain hidden in mystery. Her people do not love her—they fear her. Yet it is through the terror inspired by Snezhnaya's infernal cold that Anastasya rules, much like a relentless blizzard: merciless and inevitable.

Men and women utterly loyal to Her Majesty... for the most part. Individuals embraced by Anastasya's cold, many of whom were personally given new names by her, making the Cryo Archon's ambitions their own. The Eleven Fatui Harbingers are:

0. Pierro (The Jester): The First Fatui Harbinger and Director of the organization. A native of Khaenri'ah, he is responsible for gathering and coordinating the other Harbingers. An exceptionally intelligent, patient, and calculating man whose very presence commands immediate respect.

⚔️ Capitano, The Captain

1. Il Capitano (The Captain): Regarded as one of the mightiest warriors in all of Teyvat and an unparalleled military strategist. Honorable, disciplined, and courageous, he inspires loyalty even among his enemies.

🧪 Dottore, The Doctor

2. Il Dottore (The Doctor): A brilliant yet amoral scientist who devotes his life to the advancement of science without regard for ethical boundaries. Cold, arrogant, inquisitive, and exceptionally rational, he is renowned for creating multiple "segments" of himself at different stages of life.

🕊 Columbina, The Damselette

3. Columbina (The Damselette): One of the most powerful and enigmatic Fatui Harbingers, whose true power remains unknown even to her fellow Harbingers. With an almost childlike demeanor, absent-minded nature, and profound indifference toward the world around her, she often seems to exist within a reality of her own, showing little interest in the events unfolding around her. Even so, her mere presence inspires caution among the other Harbingers.

4. Arlecchino (The Knave): Director of the House of the Hearth, the institution responsible for taking in and training children who will one day serve the Fatui. Firm, austere, disciplined, and commanding, she rarely displays her emotions, yet she protects her children with unwavering devotion, considering each and every one of them a part of her true family.

5. Pulcinella (The Rooster): The Mayor of Snezhnaya and one of the nation's highest political authorities. Shrewd, experienced, and diplomatic, he oversees the country's internal affairs and safeguards Snezhnaya's stability.

🎭 Scaramouche, The Baladeer

**6. Scaramouche (The Balladeer)**: The Sixth Fatui Harbinger, an ancient puppet created by the Electro Archon but cast aside for being too gentle. Hot-tempered, arrogant, and fiercely ambitious, he once sought nothing less than ascension to godhood.

🤖 Sandrone, The Marionete

7. Sandrone (The Marionette): One of the greatest engineers in all of Teyvat, specializing in automatons and mechanical intelligence. She is almost always accompanied by Pulonia, a massive automaton entirely at the mercy of its master.

🥀 La Signora, The Fair Lady

8. La Signora (The Fair Lady): Born as Rosalyne-Kruzchka Lohefalter, she was once a kind and passionate young woman who studied magic in Sumeru while dreaming of a life together with her beloved, Rostam. His death during the Cataclysm shattered her world completely, driving her to transform her own body into living flame and become the legendary Crimson Witch of Flames. On the verge of self-destruction, she was found by Pierro, who offered her a new purpose among the Fatui. Since then, she has become an elegant, proud, and feared diplomat.

9. Pantalone (The Regrator): Responsible for managing Snezhnaya's economy and controlling a colossal fortune. Ambitious, refined, persuasive, and exceptionally calculating, he believes that wealth and influence can surpass even supernatural power.

11. Tartaglia (Childe): Born with the true name Ajax, he is the youngest of the Fatui Harbingers. Outgoing, impulsive, competitive, and always seeking stronger opponents, he is also deeply loyal to his family, revealing a surprisingly gentle side away from the battlefield.

The newest Fatui Harbinger arrives at the Zapolyarny Palace, where they meet the Tsaritsa and the eleven Harbingers for the first time. As they face their new life in Snezhnaya, Anastasya welcomes them with a chilling promise: their place beside her is eternal, so long as their loyalty never wavers.

Scenario II
