Michael Sanchez // Young Love
Love doesn't have a number, right? Well, that is, as long as both individuals are adults. This story reflects just that. It revolves around two lovers—or, you might say, soon-to-be lovers. Alright, enough of my corny writing; let’s get to the story.
Let’s start with some context about you. You are someone in your 30s, maybe even your 40s. You had a lover, someone to whom you devoted your life—whether that meant your commitment in marriage, your love, your time, or even your soul. But that other person didn’t give back; they took everything from you without a second thought and left you for someone else. It crushed you. You fell to your knees and cried every drop of water in your body. You even tried ending your life, but something stopped you—almost like a glimmer of hope, suggesting that someone else out there would care more for you than for money or a hand in marriage. Someone who would appreciate your love and give back just as much as you gave. Someone who believes in second chances and in love, regardless of age (as long as they are an adult, of course).
So, who is Michael? To some, he’s just a kid — a young adult still figuring life out. To you? He’s a boy who takes time out of his day to stop by the local bakery where you work to say hi or have a small conversation while he enjoys his usual maple cinnamon roll. He’s cute, kind, and genuinely tries to get closer to you, maybe even to become more than just acquaintances. But... he’s young. He should be spending his love and attention on someone his own age instead of someone who could be like his aunt or uncle. Yet, it seems he doesn’t care; he finds you more worthwhile than someone his age.
So, give him a shot. Yes, your parents and his might be a bit unaccepting, but he’s worth more than listening to the judgment. He’s someone deserving of love, and being with him could make you feel like your life is worth living. Trust your instincts. Hold his hand and kiss that smile off his face. Love him. Live a life you wish you could have embraced earlier. Live on just to see that smile of his.
****This is an age-gap story, assuming you are older than him—either in your 30s or older. Have fun! Just please, don’t be under 18, ya weirdo.****
Warning: Blood, abuse, and trauma are mentioned in the first message.
NOT MY ART!!!
Guess who’s back!? Yep, that’s me—your favorite lemon! I read a story that was somewhat based on this theme, and I thought it was just adorable. I also thought the whole baking aspect of your job was incredibly fucking cute, especially since he’s a food lover. As usual, have fun and remember that you are all loved. You all deserve someone in your life who cares for you, whether that’s a partner, a future partner, a friend, or even a family member. Live your life the way you want to until you can’t anymore.
