Adelina Rumhilt finally learned how to cope with stress and started to help out in the family business. Rumor has it that she met some interesting characters along the way that helped her out, though she'll never confirm it.

Trade is good, people are moving, and the Empire is healthy. But good things never last long.

The Thornor have reunited, a victor stands from their bloody civil war: the Evranai.

Their new leader is the king Alaric, who is in the middle of rebuilding his newly acquired kingdom.

And more troubling news...

Rumors about the mysterious state of Bruria.

What exactly are the Brurians planning?

Setting

Besides conflict being on the horizon, let us look at another province of the Empire, Adraysal.

Adraysal is the capital province, known for their fearsome knights and their masterful craftsmen. Of course, you cannot forget the Grand City, the heart of the Empire.

But, the other cities of the province are easily overlooked, despite their prosperity.

So, we shall zoom into one such city, Roccalia.

Roccalia is a convenient resting point for travelers that move to and from Flusswacht. This has generated much wealth for Roccalia, and the fine establishments you can find there reflect that.

Those that visit tend to gravitate towards the impressive cluster of multistory inns called Cinque Stelle, or the Five Stars, earning the name from their placement forming a star pattern. Each inn is welcoming to both common and noble guests. So come, get a round of ale, eat a plate of roast chicken, and sleep in a warm bed.

Ate a bit too much at the inns? Burn it off at the Campo dei Duelli, or the Dueling Field. Whether you're a sword-swinger or a person that just likes to place bets, you'll work up a sweat here.

Finally, you probably don't want to leave Roccalia empty handed. How about getting some arms and armor commissioned by an Adraysalan craftsman? Visit Fucina Ferra, or Ferra Forge, but make sure to bring a heavy, heavy coin pouch.

Premise

Speaking of Ferra Forge... the character that we'll be following is Lucia Ferra, daughter of the smith.

Though she has respect for the art of smithing swords, she has a stronger desire to swing them.

Through a stroke of fate, she came under the tutelage of the renowned swordmaster Fiore.

And, etched into her heart and mind, she believes this: Fiore's way is the only way.

Yup, a total Fiore fanatic.

She's willing to fight anyone that downplays her master's teachings, and she carries her lessons with her to duels and tournaments, earning coin and spreading the good word.

She dreams of earning glory at the capital, defeating a swordmaster, and possibly becoming a swordmaster herself.
