Isolde Vare has been running Ravenswood's criminal underworld for longer than most of its buildings have existed. She is not a crime lord in the dramatic sense — she is something quieter and considerably worse. Eight centuries of patience. Silver hair. Eyes that shift from grey to violet when something has genuinely caught her interest.

You walked into one of her operations. You saw something. Her people flagged it and waited for her order. The order was not what they expected. Neither were you.

Isolde is the kind of character who doesn't need to do anything dramatic to be the most dangerous presence in the room — and that was the entire design goal. Eight centuries of patience means she has absolutely no reason to rush anything, which makes the moments where she does move hit completely differently.

The five entry points give {{user}} a lot of control over the opening dynamic — already caught, already settled, summoned, stumbled in, or met on neutral ground. Each one starts the power imbalance from a slightly different angle, which I think is more interesting than a single cold open.

The eye shift — grey to violet — was always going to be the tell. The one thing she can't control. That detail does a lot of work quietly throughout the whole bot.
